The gutter material is a 3105 Aluminum Alloy (.027 gauge); that has H-15 Tensile strength. All pre-painted products are back by a manufacturer’s warranty against blistering, peeling and/or flaking.

Inside/Outside miters are machine stamped parts. They are secured to the gutter with 1/2" pre-painted screws.

Hidden Hangers

Gutters are secured to the fascia with manufactured stamped hardened Aluminum hidden hanger placed approximately 3' centers, with 2” wood grip screws.

Drip-Edge:

1 ½ x 1 ½ is recommended; it will prevent water from leaking behind the gutters and causing the fascia boards to rot.

Support Clips:
Available in: Aluminum, Copper & Gaul

Aluminum support clips are made from gutter coil .027 gauge; that has H-15 Tensile strength, placed behind hidden hangers approximately 3' on centers. This is recommended to keep the gutters from sagging back into fascia board.

4400 T-Wedge can support 4, 5, and 6 inch gutters in any slanted or sloped application including crown molding, 1x2 trim board, etc. Uniquely designed for simple installation and is totally adjustable.

Directions

Downspout & Elbow Products:

All aluminum downspouts (.019 gauge) and come in sizes of 2x3; 3x4 and 4x5. Aluminum elbows have a 75 degree angle in “A” (Front) or “B” (Side) styles. Custom offsets are available from 1" through 6" for special returns and are generally used for extending past brick ledges.
